Advantage offers three levels of Services

Advantage Bookkeeping Professionals is proud to provide our unique “3-Tier” system of services, which can be custom-tailored to meet the individual needs of your business:

Tier 1 – Routine Services
 Designed for use as individual components or grouped to create a total bookkeeping package. Provides day-to-day maintenance of accurate business or personal records.

  • A/R – Customer Invoicing - We provide complete customer billing (excluding medical), and can record and track receipt of payments. Inventory tracking is also available.

  • A/P – Bill Paying - We will enter, track, pay and mail your day-to-day bills, based on a completely personalized schedule and prioritization.

  • Complete Payroll and Filings - Never worry about the never-ending hassle of payroll again! All you need to do is get us the required information, such as hourly or salary data, and we will provide you with checks and/or direct deposits, tax payments, and easy-to-read reports for your records.

  • Financial Statements - We will make sure that your financial entries are all being recorded correctly, based on GAAP standards, as well as provide you with regular financial reports that allow you a “snap shot” of the financial health of your business.

Tier 2 – Project-Based Services
 Designed for companies needing more in-depth treatment in order to establish accurate records from existing data. Provides customized solutions.

  • Reconstruction of Data - Do your financial records look oddly like shoe boxes full of papers? Don’t worry! We can fix it! When we’re done, you’ll have complete, accurate, computerized financial records.

  • Review of Transactions - Not sure if past records were kept correctly? No problem! We can examine your entries based upon GAAP standards and make adjustments faster and cheaper than going to a large accounting firm.

  • Financial Data Analysis - Do you have a specific question regarding where your company is at or where you are headed? We can compile all of the financial information you need, in the format most useful to you.

Tier 3 – Special Services
 Designed for the company or individual seeking guidance regarding setting up or improving accounting systems. Provides organizational tools.

  • Initial File Setup - If you are starting a new company or switching your records to QuickBooks, we can get you up and running to form a foundation for future entries/record keeping.

  • On-site Consulting - For your convenience, we can even come to you!

  • Quickbooks© Training - Our QuickBooks ProAdvisors© can teach you how to effectively and efficiently use the QuickBooks© software for your particular business needs.
